Ordering and Manufacturing: Reproductions

Procedure

  1. You will need a pencil and paper to build your request.
  2. Browse the gallery and note the catalog number of the piece most closely resembling your choice (graphic, red ellipse).
  3. Find a piece whose principal color you wish to have on your item. Note its color; some pieces may be available in other colors.
  4. Use our pre-order form to to initiate contact. Type or paste your selections in the appropriate fields.
  5. We will call you to discuss prices and styles.
  6. We will discuss your requests until we agree on all the details and the timeline for hand making your furniture.
  7. We will exchange confirming paperwork.
  8. Finalize your order and submit your down payment using our order form.
  9. The furniture is manufactured to your order.
  10. The furniture is shipped COD. We will notify you of the anticipated arrival date.
  11. We will contact you upon delivery to confirm arrival.
  12. About two months after delivery we'll follow up with our customer satisfaction survey

Reproduction Policies

  • Full payment must be made with your order. A quote will be returned with our reply to your pre-order.
  • We can replicate most items shown in the Gallery, with a few exceptions for copyrights owned by previous customers.
  • Note that each piece, including any artwork or extra features will be individually created to match the example closely, but some variation is inherent in materials and hand crafting. Minor variations shall not constitute cause for refund.
  • You must be present to receive delivery.
